GMH Associates was Lead Design firm for the rehabilitation of this 19,500 SF BEQ, featuring sleeping rooms, lounges, laundry facilities, and administrative offices. This barracks serves Staff NCO and includes training space, which was expanded as part of this renovation.

Durable, low maintenance materials were installed throughout the facility, including solid-surface countertops, ceramic tile wainscoting and tile flooring. An epoxy coating was utilized to protect concrete masonry and gypsum board finishes in the lounges and showers.
