Building 2405 is a three-story, 39,000 SF concrete and masonry structure that was renovated inside and out. The existing electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems were replaced with new, more efficient systems. All interior walls, existing entry storefronts, lighting, doors and jambs were completely demolished and reconstructed. New roofing, flashing, drains and overflows were provided and all rooftop equipment was removed. All interior and exterior finishes were replaced. Fire sprinklers were provided throughout. Broken concrete walkways were replaced and retaining walls have been designed to control erosion and drainage. All existing sewer lines were replaced and connected to the nearest manhole. Entry patios and landscaping have been introduced to enhance the aesthetic appeal and environment surrounding the building.
