GMH Associates has been providing architectural design and planning services to public agencies since the firm's inception in 1978. Our primary service has been to components of the Department of Defense, notably the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), but our company has also worked with the Army Corps of Engineers, the Air Force, the Bureau of Land Management, and various city, county, and school districts in the region. Our specialty is providing design and planning services to public agencies.

Having successfully completed more than 50 Design-Build projects and 30 Indefinite Quantity (I-Q) contracts, our firm is well aware of the types of projects, services, and time constraints that can be encountered in public works. Having provided both planning and design services, we understand how projects are generated and funded. We are well aware of the need to conform to authorized scopes of work, observe funding limitations, and to comply with all relevant requirements, particularly those of the United Facilities Criteria (UFC).

GMH Associates provides extensive experience in the development of different government facilities. We have a proven record in new construction and are considered experts in the renovation and rehabilitation of existing structures.
